Our client: is a super-regional bank that in recent years has had one of the fastest growing capital market groups. They have a large and growing capital base and are a top 10 underwriter in municipals in the markets in which they have a presence. They have the ability to deliver proprietary adjustable rate and term CDs.
Location: flexible – The firm has pre-existing locations in major cities – Chicago, New York and Atlanta – as well as dozens of secondary cities in the Midwest, Mid Atlantic and Southeast.
Opportunity: selected sales people will join a highly entrepreneurial, relatively successful fixed income practice. The group provides clients with sales and trading, balance sheet strategy, advisory services, and securitization and asset purchases/sales. The trading desk facilitates transactions in US Treasuries, agency debt and mortgages, corporate debt, municipal bonds, and structured products. Compensation is above average industry payouts.
Right Candidates: High producers with well-established fixed income sales relationships, preferably with middle-market clients. We are looking for people who collaborate with others, but are highly driven succeed. This is an opportunity to be in on the ground floor of the building of a top-tier fixed income shop at firm with impressive resources at its disposal.
