VP-SVP-MD Fixed Income Sales – Structured Products Group, CLO / CMBS Sales
Our client: A privately-held brokerage firm with a history of stability and offices in select locations throughout the country. They expanded in recent years into Structured Products where they have established a core team of dedicated product experts in CLOs, CMBS, CDOs and non-agency MBS.
Location: New York City preferred, but other potential locations include Chicago, San Francisco, Washington DC, Denver or Charlotte.
Opportunity: Selected sales people will join a highly entrepreneurial, success-focused team of structured product sales and trading experts. The group is large enough to produce robust trading opportunities in its targeted asset classes, but small enough to allow ample opportunity to expand client coverage. Attractive payout.
Right Candidates: High producers with well-established fixed income sales relationships focused on CLO and CMBS investors. Must have the ability to generate riskless trades in conjunction with our clients’ other sales and trading experts. Driven and able to think out of the box; eager to continue building a top tier structured products desk. We are looking for people who collaborate well with others, but who are highly self-motivated and results oriented.
